What are some of your habits?  Thinking ahead, being in the present, positive reflection, sharing an affirmation, revealing that smile, interacting with new people, being open to a challenge, asking questions, cheerful heart, carving out time for yourself, same routine each morning, things that you love to do each day, same routine at night and many more. These habits have definitely been challenged as a result of the pandemic, but maybe new ones have also come along.  On average it takes approximately 66 days for a new habit to develop.  I remember the challenges of trying to get into a routine of practicing the piano most days.  It was helpful to do this around the same time and my Grandpa McCormick was always very good at reminding me.  These all take time, understanding, and patience. As you contemplate the material in this small packet, please know that it is more than information, but it is reflective of God’s love in this world.  As you venture your way through maybe keep in mind some of the following:  What are those habits for you?  What are those habits of faith for you?  What are habits that you are interested in starting?  What are those habits that you would like to re-establish?
